 Easter Offering envelopes are in the pews today. Your gift would be appreciated and will help the Methodist Church World Mission Fund to continue to support mission partners working overseas and students in training for ministry. It also funds grants to partner churches for special projects.

 If you still have your Stewardship Pledge of Giving envelope you can return it in the offertory today. We shall dedicate our pledges of Time and Talents on Sunday 22 April; your envelope will be given to you on or after Sunday 8 April.

 Do you enjoy a quiz? On Saturday 14 April a local Girl Guide leader (who volunteers with Debbie Caulk and Sarah Shailes) is hosting a Quiz and Chips night at our Church to fund-raise for a project to help the Maldives Girl Guide Association recruit and train new adult volunteers. The quiz starts at 6.30 pm. Tickets, £5 for adults, £3 for children under 14, include a portion of chips and refreshments. Teams may be up to 6 people.  An opportunity not to be missed! On Friday 20 April at 7.30 pm the distinguished poet, priest and singer-songwriter Malcolm Guite will be presenting Songs and Sonnets for Christian Aid at the Cathedral.  The District Spring Day for Methodist Women in Britain is at Ipswich on 26 April; the speaker Revd Catherine Dixon. A coach will leave our Church at 8.35 am; to book a seat (£10) please let Margaret Snelling know as soon as possible.

 Further information about Debbie’s Ordination: The coach will leave Chapel Field Road at 12 noon on 1 July, arriving at Barnbygate Methodist Church, Newark at 3.00 pm. We shall leave Newark at 7.00 pm, arriving in Norwich at about 10.00 pm. Please will those who have booked a place confirm this with Terry on 25 March or soon after. The cost will be confirmed once we are sure of the numbers. Tickets for the service will be distributed after 9 April.
